4. License you grant
By submitting content you grant Game Feel Library a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, adapt (e.g. re-encoding and thumbnail generation) and display that content within the Service for the purpose of operating and promoting the library.
5. Intellectual property
Game names, footage and trademarks referenced in the library remain the property of their respective owners. The library curates and comments on such material for educational and reference purposes.
6. Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means without permission, or upload malware or unlawful content.
7. Moderation and removal
Submissions are reviewed by an administrator before they appear in the library. We may edit, refuse or remove any content at our discretion, and may suspend access in case of abuse.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Game Feel Library shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of use from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
